2. Preparation of Technical and Financial Feasibility

The team prepares a detailed techno-economic feasibility that covers all aspects of the project (constraints, financial parameters, economic viability) and delivers an IFC-compliant feasibility report to the client’s satisfaction.

Mega Consultancy undertakes personnel selection for the pre-feasibility and feasibility stages on behalf of the client. The team delivers bankable project designs (studies, surveys, and financial models) that comply with the prevailing regulatory environment.

4. Project Application and Documentation.

Mega Consultancy assists clients with the application and documentation process from the Letter of Intent (LOI), feasibility study, project design, project financial model, generation license(s), tariff approvals (from relevant authorities), offtake, and power purchase agreements. Our design approach uses IFC renewable energy project benchmarks taking into consideration contexts, insights, parameters, characteristics, and regulatory regimes specific to the proposed project location.

5. Technology and Vendor Selection

Mega Consultancy’s engineering team uses its industry experience and contacts to select the most appropriate and compatible technology, components, and equipment for your clean energy project.
